Gite that offers a 4 bedroomed house sleeping 8 people with four bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, use of pool Bbq.

There is 2 staircases in the house  , one leads to a double bedroom & a twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower toilet and hand basin.

The other has 2 double bedrooms and another bathroom,

This is great sharing accommodation, as 2 familes or friends can share the same house but have there own privacy.

The house has a large kitchen & dining area, with an American style fridge with ice-maker and filtered water, microwave dishwasher, washing machine and large oven

all finished to a high spec.

The living area is large, with lovely corner suite, tv, dvd player, sky, free wifi

There are lots of indoor games, outside we have ping pong, trampoline,croquet

swingball etc, and a 3 acre orchard/field to play footie ,rounders etc

There is and outside terrace overlooking the pool, with lots of outside tables and chairs, hammocks and sun-loungers, and a stone built bbq.

The pool is large 12x 6 metres, with childproof fence and gate

It is a salt water pool more eco friendly, and is 1.5 metres throughout

Rent the whole Farmhouse which sleeps 14 (we can add extra baby), the above property

and our adjoining property, this is a wonderfull high spec renovated house, with all mod cons. 3 Ensuite rooms, (2 doubles and a family room with 2/3 beds)

Large living area with sky tv, dvd, wifi, corner suite, kithcen area with large island.

There is also a sunroom at the back of this house leading straight to the terrace and swimming pool.

By renting both properties together you have sole use of the pool bbq and all the area.

There is ample parking.

Option 3

Rent just 2 double/twin bedrooms self catering but have sole use of the whole house, and shared use of the pool
