Large 12x6 metre swimming pool,with child proof fence, and child proof locking gate, for peace of mind !!We do not heat our pool, beacuse of climate change, we feel this is a waste of energy, our pool maintains heat 24-27 degrees in the summer months(weather permitting) so no need for heating, anyway heated pools are for wimps !!

please note that on occasion there are tgv trains passing, please do not let this stop you from booking this stunning property,they are very fast, passing in seconds, we just like to be honest,on our reviews nobody mentions the trains, so we know they are not a problem ,they are interesting to see & the trains do not run through the night,
